Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or damaged due to misuse
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@roventastore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
