Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that US orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.

  • Standard International: 10–21 business days
  • Expedited International: 5–10 business days (available to select countries)

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Roventa Store has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@roventastore.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@roventastore.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the package cannot be located.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Roventa Store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at contact@roventastore.com and we will do our best to assist.
